ABOUT

I was born in 1973 in Hodonin in the Czech Republic (Europe), now I'm living in Brno. After high school graduation I started doing a business instead of continuing the study at the University. My photographic beginnings are dated back to my 12 years old, when I started visiting the school's photo-club using my father's double-lens 6x6 Flexaret camera. My first own 35mm camera Beirette I bought in GDR (former East Germany). That was Beirette VSN with integrated Meritar 45mm f2.8 lens. At the same time I started the development of films and making the snaps at home by myself.

Serious photography has been started by buying my first film SLR camera Canon EOS-30.

In 2002 - 2003 I was studying at Prague School of Photography.

My specialization is a classical 35mm black & white photography.

Since August till November 2006 I was publishing the news and articles for the Czech photography website Digimanie.cz.

I'm a member of Czech Federation of Photographic Art (CFFU).
CFFU is the official representative for FIAP (The International Federation of Photographic Art) in the Czech Republic.
